The minimum qualification of editors at Wordloop Studio is a Masters Degree in English from some of India’s Premier Institutes of Higher Education. They also necessarily have a research background
In the case of Word documents (.doc and .docx), once we are done editing, you will receive two files:
- A tracked document which will show our suggested changes and our comments. In this document, you can accept or reject each individual change in the document.
- A final document where our changes within the text will be implemented.
In the case of PDF documents, we make suggestions in the form of comments within the document. Tracked and Final documents are not prepared.

Currently, we accept .doc, .docx and .pdf files for proofreading/editing.
However, we are constantly adding more file types.
Under the referral program, we offer 200 words free proofreading/editing to both parties.
No, at Wordloop Studio, we proofread/edit only the text of your manuscript/document. We do not commit to proofreading/editing your references/bibliography/works cited list. Naturally, those sections are left out when we calculate the payable word count.
Normally, the time required to review the entire document is the same as the time taken to edit it. However, if you require us to review only some sections of the document, we are usually able to respond in half that time.
